Data You Choose to Send
Search-form entries, including a name, telephone number, or address, go to the third-party company providing the results. Our servers do not store a duplicate of those queries. If you send us a message, we receive its contents and use them to respond.
Data Received Automatically
Routine server logs can include an IP address, browser information, page requests, and access times. Combined usage data helps diagnose errors and identify useful resources. When enabled, cookies or similar technology may assist with basic analytics and advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use available information to operate the service, resolve technical problems, measure aggregate traffic, and improve pages. We neither sell lists of visitors nor build personal user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to government portals, libraries, archives, or outside search services. Data entered after leaving Fort Pierce Residents Directory is controlled by the destination's own privacy policy. Sponsored results are also supplied by an independent third party.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or support the service may process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information noted above. Information may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process.
Safeguarding Visitor Information
Connections use encryption, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors do not open accounts, Fort Pierce Residents Directory holds no user password or account profile.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, or delete data held by an online service. Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, Fla. Stat. ยงยง 501.701-501.722, took effect July 1, 2024 and applies only to controllers that meet its narrow statutory definitions and thresholds. It is not a general removal law for public records. Since we retain little visitor information, a request ordinarily involves the contact mailbox and available server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Records held by Florida, St. Lucie County, or Fort Pierce remain subject to their custodians' rules and Florida's separate public-record framework, article I, section 24(a) of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.
